well maintained and organised, cosy and enough spacious for a family stay for some days. the kitchen is well equiped, the bath functional, the windows/shades modernised, quite central and yet close to the beach. the kids bed is equiped with attention to detail for kids and in the living-room there are kids books and a few board games in case there is bad weather. excellent preemptive thinking from the hosts towards families.
public EV charger is on 150 meters, there is free parking on the street in the quartier.
Before I went to there, I was doubting due to the comments about the house is not well maintained. But the fact is they recently renovated the villa, at least the one I lived in was very new, tidy and clean.
Location is also perfect. It’s walking distance to the beach and I can even see the sea from the villa. Very lovely.
It's a very nice and clean apartment with sea view, bright and fresh. There were a lot of parking spaces in front of it. The steps to the beach is two minutes walking. There is also an easy entrance to the beach with some facilities, a cafe and a car park. We visited Boulogne-sur-Mer and Nausicaa (don't forget the second day option just for 5 eur).
Nice, clean and quite accommodation on a walking-distance from the beach. Plenty of parking slots in front of the building. Grocery shop and bakery relatively close by car. Clear instructions given by the owner regarding the entry into the property. Heating system works greatly, nice bathroom, small but cute bedroom, a comfortable couch and nice and well equipped kitchen.

The bed was very comfortable and we had everything what we would need for the stay. We would love to come back.
Huge apartment with three bedrooms and a large open plan living area. Outside seating with every apartment. A few minutes from a wide, sandy beach. Great value!
