We booked at the last minute as it was quite close to the airport. It was good value for money. Decor is quite dated but very clean and comfortable. Nice to have a veranda. Parking at the door. Breakfast available was tasty. The onsite customer service was very good. It was strange for us to have a shower over the bath with no shower curtain.
It was close to the beaches too.

Spacious studio as we family of 3 were able to stay with comfort for 4 days. Its interior is new, especially bathroom and toilet very clean! The beach is in front of the house, you will feel its a private calm beach - my son had a wonderful time. Easy to commute by taxi, bus, train station (walkable)
Very clean and nice apartment, in a nice area. Has all the amenities you need and plus more! The host, Stephane, was very nice and helpful , he even gave us a beach umbrella which was super helpful. Nice restaurants nearby and it is a quiet area in the evening. Highly recommend!
We stayed just for two days to visit Nice, and booked quite late. The room was recently renovated and very clean. Location is quiet, close to the train station, and shops. About 700 m from the beach.OK underground parking and pet friendly. Generally a decent place.
The apartment is brand new, fully equipped with everything, very clean. It’s located in a quiet building just close to the beach. Also, it’s strategical to visit the most important places nearby.

Even though the owners did not speak English, they were very nice and accommodating.

AC was life saver. property have looked parking, it’s very very clean no any party. Walking distance to beach where you can have plenty of space,lovely restaurant and not many tourists. train is 2 min walk and u can go to Nice, Cannes and Monaco. And Alex owner it’s amazing, helpful person. Definitely recommend! We will back again!
