The suite was very clean and tidy.
The staff go above and beyond to cater to every need. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone is friendly, and attentive ( special shout out to Zakaria, Alaa, and all the guys at Bus Stop).
They give you access to a beautiful private beach, 2 mins walk from the hotel.
Really, it is beyond compare.Everything is perfect . Apartment is very clean and spotless. The view is fascinating from balcony. There are six swimming pools and,waterpark.The private beach is stunning & charming. All Staff is very qualified and professional especially Mr.Ahmed Mohy is very helpful 👍
The hotel apartment is perfect 🥰. It is very clean, well-organized, and overlooks six swimming pools and a waterpark. There are many sightseeing opportunities nearby. There is a charming and stunning private beach. Really, it is out of this world. All the staff are professional and well-qualified. Mr. Ahmed is helpful. Everything is available at the apartment. There are a restaurant, a supermarket, a gym, and a pharmacy inside the resort. Really, it is a role model for a perfect resort.
As a matter of fact what I did like the most was chief said the barbecue guy was awesome, as you have a marvellous sandy beach , animation team moreover that it was a very smooth reception where they did all the check in procedures in no time …I’ll definitely recommend it to all of my friends
Hotel apartment is very clean ( spotless ) , well organized, everything is excellent. There are six swimming pool, waterpark and sharming & fascinating private beach. All staff is professional especially Mr.Ahmed , really, went extra mile to be delighted. We asked him to check out late, and he accepted with free of charge. Really, thank you for everything
Very clean. Spacious. Good facilities. Can use the waterpark and outdoor restaurant & pool & private beach at laguna vista across the road. Mocktails were nice. Food was good! Always something available to eat. Staff were very friendly. Always a manager around if u need help with anything. Room was beautiful & beds very comfy. They were kind enough to allow us to check out 3 hours later as our flight left later on in the day. Highly recommend!!

everything was perfect. starting from the check-in, Mr Magdy and Mr Hassan were really helpful. They made sure that everything was done in a perfect way. The view from the room was spectacular. It was very clean and tidy. The food was very tasty and there were a lot of variability. There was barbecue dinner every night. The beach is not suitable for swimming but it was a really good chance for divining. The snacks and drinks were available all the time and the team was always friendly and nice.
