I loved the location, right by the lake so very good views. Staff were very responsive, attentive and welcoming. The breakfast was superb. I stayed in a glamping tent which was nice as it had the camping experience with a small inside toilet with plumbing. there was electricity sockets to charge phone. It rained when we stayed and the tents were sturdy and did not leak.
Challet was really nice, simple, very clean and comfortable. Place is very calm , relaxing and quite .Very friendly and punctual staff especially Ashraf who gave us a lot of advice and guidance about the village. Food was great . Will definitely go again soon.
Nice vibe to relax outdoors at the pool or at the common terrace. At night there is a cozy campfire to sit around. The tour arranged through the hotel was unexpectedly beautiful (whale valley, magical lake).
Very friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out, picturesque location, clean and nice yard, very clean rooms. Generally pleasant to be at, kind of old-school vibe.
Hotel is very very clean, stuff is very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Ashraf from managers and Mr. Omar from reception team. This ancient hotel was famous in early 19th that it was specially for the Egyptian King and his team, up till now you feel this atmosphere.
The best accommodation we had durning our trip in Egypt. Very very clean. Nie host. There were everything on that appartament. Perfect accommodation!!!
The apartment is lovely and a great size for a few days stay. Everything was very clean and the bedrooms are very comfortable. The host is very welcoming and offered plenty of support for things to do in the area. The wifi is also sufficent to work remotely and take video calls.
