Best staying in Costa rica. Very clean, modern room, delicious breakfast made with love and very helpfull stuff. I would definetly stay again. Best value for money in CR.
The room was very clean and the bathroom was great with great hot water. The staff where very helpful with booking tours. information that you may want to know about actives to do.
Really an exceptional spot. The accommodations are very rustic (think glorified camping), so as long as you're not expecting the Marriott you feel part of the forest with the sound of toucans and howler monkeys - and the views of Arenal and the lake are out of this world. Owners are lovely and have a ton of local information. Can walk to lake, river and nearby store and restaurant. Would stay again in a heartbeat and for longer.
A very nice older man welcomed us and prepared an excellent typical breakfast in the morning. The camp site is quite with a fantastic view of volcano and lake. Many birds can be observed in the morning. Steep last meters to reach the camp ground.
Beautiful place full of great decors and plants, with very clean and comfortable rooms.
You may not wish to go out and relax by the pool, jacuzzi or just relax.
Superb owners crate almost family atmosphere.
Nice breakfast every day new.
Bus station close by (recommended to go to the beach) or Uber.

Everything was great! Patricia and Cesar - the owners, were welcoming and very helpful. The place is very clean which is always nice to come back to. The apartments are near to restaurants, convenience stores, breakfast places and it’s an easy 5min walk into town. And as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe.
We loved that this place offered a different kinda stay. I'd describe Termales Del Arenal as Glamping. The hut was very clean and the shower hot. The best thing was that we basically had the thermal pools to ourselves so it felt very private. We stayed at another hotel nearby the night before and the pools were very busy so we felt very chilled here. Cocktails are also delicious!

The tent is comfortable, very clean, the garden is amazing, we loved the breakfast and the staff was more than helpful and very kind. We also managed to see a sloth in a parking lot one day :)
I will definitely stay here again and for much longer!
The view was amazing! Glamping rather than camping so very comfortable with an excellent host with great local knowledge and incredibly friendly! We would definitely return and recommend highly! Thanks again 😁
