Beautiful rooms, very clean, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast is very good and varied, and the atmosphere in the hotel is perfect. The bar and restaurant on the fifth floor, as well as the fitness center and spa, are also worth it. Although it takes a few minutes to walk to the center of El Poblado, it’s perfect!
Our room was very comfortable - very clean, great bed, and excellent views from the room balcony (more than worth paying for!) The breakfast was simple but good and the location was excellent for either walking around Laureles or for easy access to the subway to get to other parts of Medellin.
Lovely and helpful staff. Best shower we had on the trip! Spacious, clean and well equipped kitchen so we felt like cooking. It was very clean. The common areas were nice and comfortable. Good breakfast, decent portions and not expensive if not included in your price :)
