Amazing trapper tent that was very comfortable and warm. We loved the property and how much space was between each camp site. Would definitely return.

We needed to change dates last minute after rearranging our trip due to the wildfires, and they were so accommodating! The glamping tent is lovely, we were plenty warm enough with the heater and we loved sitting in the red chairs by the river.

This campsite is amazing! I stayed in the glamping tent and is was lovely. Wish I could have stayed longer than the three nights but they were booked solid.

Comfortable beds in the tent. Good size tent. Handy being able to park just by tent. Bedding hired was very clean. Lovely location in the woods just by the river. Kind and helpful staff. Good range of options e.g. trapper tents and teepees.

Location was amazing! Kananaskis offered so much beautiful scenery, and saw the most wildlife of our trip there. Campsite has a great and safe atmosphere, with a beautiful river running just behind the campground. Glamping tent was super cozy and comfortable. Staff was always super friendly, helpful and good fun throughout our stay. Couldn’t ask for better facilities for where the camp is. Shop on site had nearly everything you needed, and you can rent different camping supplies. Overall, 11/10 experience, will definitely be returning! :)

We loved the resort feel of the accommodations. Everything you needed was nice and close although we did wish that there was a more extensive service station/convenience store nearby.

The lodge was so cozy and beautiful and had amazing views. The glamping tents were the perfect size, comfortable and so cozy! It was amazing to be able to stay in a such a secluded and beautiful area of kananaskis. The food was incredible and you never go hungry! Met some wonderful people as well, both staff and other guests. There’s no wifi in the tents which is great, and wifi in the lodge if you need it. The service was fantastic. Overall, I had the best stay. I would come back here time and time again.

The Kananaskis Wilderness Hostel was the perfect hostel experience for us. The hostess was extremely friendly and went out of her way to explain a lot about the area and she accommodated an evening campfire. The hostel itself was very clean. The showers and bathrooms were clean and properly equipped. The beds were comfortable enough and linnen and towels were available. The area around Kananaskis hostel was quite beautiful with great hikes, lakes and waterfalls.
