Enjoy the great outdoors at a campground or RV park. Sleep under the stars in a cabin or bungalow, pre-pitched tent, RV, or caravan. Communal kitchens, bathrooms, and recreational facilities are available, and most campsites will have a reception desk.
The facilities at the hotel including the gardens, two pools and room are clean and well-maintained. All staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is exceptional. Guests can choose from a buffet and also order freshly made tapioca and eggs. A couple of perks were not overly clear when we booked were the free transfers to the beach and the Quadrado, and the afternoon tea.
Breakfast was great and staff was super friendly. The pousada is very well located and you’re at Quadrado in 3 minutes and on the beach in 10 minutes on foot. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the pool is beautiful. A real gem!
We were there end of june for a week and often the only guests. Everybody was lovely! The place is gorgeous! The beachclub is 2 minutes by foot from the main place. You walk there through mangroves and if you're lucky will meet some buffy-tufted marmoset (a kind of monkey). And they'll also meat you at breakfast, if you're very lucky, like we were. The beach is beautiful and the quadrado also.
Very stylish, generously sized apartments with comfortable beds. Just a few minutes walk from the quadrado where most of the restaurants and bars are located. Staff were excellent - they came and made breakfast in one of our rooms for our whole group so we could eat in the local style each morning. The manager (Iang?) was really helpful and friendly. He took us on a fun quad bike expedition to see some beaches off the beaten track. I highly recommend the property and would love to come back.
View from sunrise to dawn is breathtaking. House staff is incredibly welcoming. Try the private chef service. Lunch or breakfast cooked everyday with the fresh ingredients, local snacks and other wonders. 5-10 min walk to the beach.
we stayed six nights and had a lovely stay with amazing housekeepers. They were so welcoming and made delicious breakfast. They keep there property very clean, including the rooms which are cleaned everyday.
Location wise it is good with a quite surrounding and only a few minutes walk towards the town area (and ten minutes to the beach).
Also, you are allowed to use all the facilities that they have and keep your needs in mind. Would return to this place without a doubt the next time we visit Trancoso!
