This place is amazing, a real piece of jungle surrounded by the city........ with real wild little monkeys and squirrels. The owner was a true visionary when he bought this land and decided to follow his dream building this great place. It is a great base, from which to get a cab to the various ports and explore the nearby Amazon beaches/ islands, Cotijuba (the best), Marajo, Combu etc You can also explore the city centre any day. I have been to Belem a few times. I prefer this place to stay.
