The whole apartment building was very clean and tastefully furnished and decorated. Jana, our host, was friendly and nice. Very easy to reach the small nearby beach by car, also by foot. Parking lot across the road. Fitted with all the home appliances.
The host was very nice and accommodating. The flat is situated across the street from the beach, there are groceries shops and bakery down the street. The main street with the restaurants and the marine is a short walk as well. The apartment itself was very clean and modern and has all the necessities. The sofa bed was really comfortable, big and easy to fold. We were with two small kids and the balcony was their favorite place with the swing and all the open space. Will definitely stay at this place next time we visit Balchik.
The seaview is fantastic and the swimming pool is very clean.
Anna and Thomas are not only professional hosts, but also good humoured and relaxed. If you order breakfast be prepared... it is abundant!

Absolutely amazing! Very close to the center and the beach, you can park right in front of the hotel and very clean. You can see the sea as well! Extra points for the owner, a very joyful and respectful lady!
This hotel really is a diamond, don't expect 5star but for the price it is amazing. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, rooms are spacious and well equipped. Staff are very welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay a happy one. Food in the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Near to beach/bars/restaurants, we will definitely be going back!!!
The apartment is very clean and spacious. Very good located, very close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. You can find paid parking places on the street near the location. The host is very nice, very good communication.
Great stay once again. The room and the main areas were very, very clean. Noticed some nice improvements in the bathrooms and rooms too - new faucets, sink and new mattresses. Very comfortable sleep, quiet room. Our room was with beautiful sea view too. The location is great - one minute from the beach and the seaside walk alley with all the restaurants and shops, no noise in the room. The staff was as usual very helpful and kind. the hotel is located right on the beach, the rooms were very clean and there are multiple bars/restaurants in the vecinity, but they close pretty early. So if you like the silence, this is the place for you.
