Very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast which was very tasty. Garage where we could store our bikes and no issues with leaving luggage. Quiet location just a few minutes walk to all the sights and restaurants.
The atmosphere and the well integrated design. The staff were friendly and polite. It was 5min walking from the heart of the city. The room was huge and it was very clean. The highlight was their restaurant. I never expected to eat in a ceremonial hall, the food was delicious.
Room was very clean and nice. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Shower and bath were lovely. Location was good to the train station and trams. Was about a 15 minute tram ride to main part of town. Staff did our laundry for reasonable price and had it all folded and lovely when handed back. I was going to a camping festival and they let us store our big luggage there until we came back a few days later which was a great help.
The tents for glamping were spacious and comfortable.
The location is great with lots of sports and activities nearby as well as a free shuttle service into Ghent.
Access to the beach (lake) was free too.
I liked the decoration of the tent and the availability of a coffee machine in it. The Urban gardens themselves were very pretty, with a nice Restaurant in front of the beach/river and another restaurant/bar in the Camping Site. The quality of the wifi was surprisingly good and we always found a place to park the car. There were free buses to Gent with good frequency.
