A beautiful property. Very clean. Spacious and very comfortable for our family group. All amenities we needed and more, as well as some lovely extras. Lovely, responsive and helpful hosts. Just wish we’d been able to stay longer.
The cottage had a really cosy feel and had unique decorations which added to the beachy atmosphere. There was also a range of DVD's and board games that we were able to use at our leisure.
We loved the location. Very close to the beach. Very close to portarlington. Quiet and comfy. Very clean. We stayed here with out 2.5yo on our bicycles and they were great. The staff were very accommodating with our bikes. Great.
The rooms were fairly new, very clean and modern and a breakfast was included. The bed was comfy and the kids loved the bunk beds.
It was nice having a small pool, swings, other activities and animals to feed and pet.
The staff were very friendly.
The Oxley Estate is only 900 metres from the beach(not swimming) and around 3.5km short walk or run into town or to the swimming beach.

Pillows too high, but swapped with others in other bedroom on second night. Very clean. Close to beach.
In a quiet area at the end of a big camping site. A short walk to a safe bathing beach. 20 minute walk into town for dining options. Ideal for us staying for 1 night prior to touring the Great Ocean Road.
