The hosts were lovely. The situation perfect, in the bush but close to the wineries and beaches. The included brekky was fabulous . The restaurant options met our needs. We loved the option of sitting in guest lounge watching sport and enjoying a wine..
I liked everything. Beautiful lodge, comfortable room, great dining, and especially great hosts. Richard and Helen are very welcoming, personable and professional. Perfectly located for the wineries, walks and beaches. Beautifully furnished, lots of timber and stone. Lots of individual areas to cosy up. I would love to stay again one day (for much more than one night)!
Great value property with central location in the region making for easy day trips to wineries or beaches. Quiet & peaceful set amongst bushland.Really liked the breakfasts each morning which were continental style. Lovely hosts Richard & Helen made for a relaxed & comfortable stay.
Very clean, simple, homely feel, and perfect for us…. a family of 5 plus 1 friend of young adult kids. Not a luxury property but it’s simplicity and cleanliness were wonderful. We loved sitting under the peppermint tree for sunset drinks with fambam. No views but an easy walk to beaches for surf or swim or coffee at Gracie’s Cafe. Loved the video game machine- childhood memories were rekindled.
Beautiful lodge with lots of character . Great location for beach and winery visits. Lovely food and local wine selection in the evening. Richard is an exceptionally good host.
have to say this adorable caravan park was beautiful. we stayed in park cabin and it was very clean all cook ware provided. beds comfortable and the bush environment was beautiful
First experience of a WA caravan park and we were so impressed. Fantastic wee kitchen in our cabin, comfy bed and air conditioning worked a treat. Such a great park for a family. Plenty for the children to do. Superb location and so handy to a safe beach. Perfect spot to explore the area from. Highly recommend staying here.
