Amazing area. Very close walking distance to beach ( merry beach ) and there were always so many friendly kangaroos around that you could go very up close to and see. We spotted an albino kangaroo too! You can drive to many secluded beaches around the area. Make sure to bring essentials and food because the nearest shops is a bit of a drive away, and the reception shop only sells a couple of things.

Enjoy the great outdoors at a campground or rv park. Sleep under the stars in a cabin or bungalow, pre-mounted tent, RV or caravan. Communal kitchens, bathrooms and recreational facilities are available, and most campsites will have a reception desk.
I took my teenage son for his birthday, and 4 friends down to Bateman's Bay for the weekend - the accommodation at the Clyde View Holiday was EXCELLENT. The location was amazing (right on the beach), the cabin very clean, and it had all the amenities we needed. Would book again.
Location was very nice, the outdoor area was very well catered for, bbq etc. The house was lovely, very clean plenty of room and comfortable. There are a few beautiful beaches nearby. Our host was nice and friendly also helpful with directions and places to see. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Our kitchenette suite was very clean and comfortable. The person was very helpful, and answered all of our questions about the area. Being near the beach makes this a good desination for people who are looking for a seaside holiday.
