Enjoy the great outdoors at a campground or RV park. Sleep under the stars in a cabin or bungalow, pre-pitched tent, RV, or caravan. Communal kitchens, bathrooms, and recreational facilities are available, and most campsites will have a reception desk.
This is a beautiful cottage that has been lovingly restored so the original features are showcased. The location gave us great access to the beach and vineyards as well as a fabulous bakery just around the corner. Excellent coffee from the next door cafe was an added bonus.
We didn’t end up staying. We were met with a rude lady at front desk who pretty much denied that I rang the day earlier and organised early check in to then be told the pool won’t be ready for that day. We booked because that caravan park has a pool. After the service we got we decided not to stay and go home! We were only staying for one night.
We had booked a night but could easily have stayed a week. It is perfectly located on the edge of town so you get the rural benefits and have only a short walk to shops and bars - in our case the brewery. Great beaches for swimming and the vineyards on your doorstep. A short drive from Adelaide so perfectly placed.
The caravan park was clean and set in a very quiet location but still close to shops and beaches, staff were lovely and accommodating we even opted to tac on a few extra nights to our stay because it was so peaceful. Amenities were fantastic, plenty for the whole family to do.
