It was very cozy, clean, and a perfect size for 1-2 people. The amenities were also perfect for a short stay!

Sadly we stayed overnight during Hurricane Beryl. We were stuck there without power, and so no breakfast or internet or lights or hot shower. But none of that is down to the hotel = just bad luck. The staff were wonderful and did all they could to make everyone as comfortable as possible given the circumstances.

Loved the pool, lazy river and activities. Sean was great at the wildlife feeding. Really enjoyed the smores! loved the security of parking.

It's a 1.5-hour drive to the central mountains of Big Bend National Park, so it's a little far away from the central location. This surprised us a bit because we didn't check it properly while booking. But the place is fantastic. It's a magical place in the desert, surrounded by mountains, creating a mystical atmosphere. The pool is excellent, and we enjoyed resting there after our hikes in Big Bend. It is highly recommended!
Location was perfect, walking distance to the river walk and other main attractions. Slept well and hot showers which are our priorities when travelling. Complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay here again but not if I needed laundry facilities.
Sit on the veranda at sunset and watch the longhorns graze! We were very sorry that we only booked two nights.
The location by Lake Buchanan was just stunning, plenty of wildlife and fantastic sunsets. Room was comfortable and had all the amenities I required. Everything was set-up, I didn't interact with any of the staff on-site, my high score is indicative of me not needing to interact with any of the staff. Everything was easy and worked nicely.
