Stargazing Yurt is certainly an extraordinary experience. For us as a family of four, the tent spacious, beds comfortable (certainly more on the soft side) and an air condition, which in summer is quite an essential. Each tent space has extras available: an outdoor shower, an outdoor toilet (compostable - adds to the special experience :-)), a fire place, table with sun roof, a gas BBQ and an ice chest for the food. The campground owner is really nice, provides explanations and helps out, where things need an extra instructions to get going.

Situated 2.6 km from Van Damme Beach, Mendocino Grove offers accommodation in Mendocino with access to a public bath. It’s was cozy, clean and very in touch with nature.

Offering a terrace and garden view, La Boheme Living is set in Los Angeles, 5.7 km from Dodger Stadium and 6.5 km from LA Union Station. We loved our stay. The location is great, Hillary is lovely and a great hostess. The place is cosy, compleat with rocking- and lounge chairs, hammock, stove and fridge. You have to like glamping orherwise it is better to stay in a chain hotel. But we loved it.

Set in Twentynine Palms and only 24 km from Fortynine Palms Oasis Trail, The Kosmic Tortoise offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. It is exceptional, very well equipped with anything one could need. The owner Evan gave us a warm welcome and an interesting tour of the grounds.

For nature lovers, looking for peace, tranquility, and a connection with self - if going alone or as a couple - there's nothing like it. It's a very unique place, comfortable, but one must be adventurous. Quite an experience!
