Wow !....The tiny little garden shed turned into a "cabin" was super comfortable and very warm but your bathroom facilities are 8 metres away in a locked area that, just you, have the key to..(Also heated)..The tiny little plot was fabulous for me as a lone-motorcyclist just passing through but for a couple would be tight since the bed in the cabin is small and has NO walk around space. Your partner would have to climb over you in the night to use 'facilities' . I'd be happy to stay for days and use it as a base for exploring since the major city, Braganca, is 9Kms away for your own supplies, or food out, or you could use the site's restaurant...Very,very quiet and picturesque. I would definitely use this again but on my own....Also, it's a closed gate environment , locked at 22:00

Offering a garden and mountain view, African Tent is situated in Ponte da Barca, 38 km from Braga Se Cathedral and 39 km from Canicada Lake. The Africa. Tent was our base for kayaking and cycling and it was excellent. I travelled with my 10 year old done and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. The owner was extremely nice and helpful.
