This is an unique experience when you are staying in General Luna. It’s just outside the centre of General Luna, you walk a scenic route to the bubble where you are greeted by some pigs, carabaos and the sweetest dogs how will walk with you to the bubble. Johan, the owner is very friendly and committed in giving you the best experience possible.
At night you will have the amazing view of stars and fireflies. We were a bit unlucky with a full moon but also that was amazing to see!
There are a view negative comments that we read about it beeing unsafe to walk there, a dirty bubble and unfriendly staff/owner. We can tell you that these reviews are not accurate at all. You will get the most amazing experience beeing there!

The staff were so lovely and made me feel so welcome. The communal area is great and large, especially the hammocks. Loved the family dinner we all had together. It's great having a kitchen to cook your own food
We had to check-in about 11pm at night as we walked out of the First hotel because it was disgusting and dirty. This place however was like an oasis in the desert. The room was amazing the staff were so friendly and a pool on the roof with a bar. What more can we say
It’s located close to the beach and a lot of street venders. Not for from a touristic bridge were there are also a lot of venders and you can take a sunset picture. They have warm water and airco which is very pleasant in this warm weather. The room is spacious, there are fun quotes on the walls. Lucy is an excellent host, she also offerd us beach towels and some tours. The tours were also lovely. I recommend to book the tours at Lucy and ofcourse I also recommended to book your stay here.
Beautiful decor rooms with lovely high pressure hot shower. Nice & quiet as off the main road.
Large, clean room, comfy beds with extra pillows, good aircon, lovely hot shower, very good Wi-Fi, many electrical sockets, lots of shelving and cupboard space.
the room is nice, city view and sunset, laundry is near by. better to go SM mall for more food options and shoping.
Amazing beaches without anyone on them. Hammocks, vegan options, homemade food breads and pizza. Fresh coconuts, and lots of quiet.
A paradise island that felt very authentic. No frills disconnect with reality, the most beautiful beaches and jungle, solo walks on deserted beaches and incredible snorkelling in an ocean filled with life. Limited electricity, limited cell connectivity, basic rooms with fans and village life happening around. Highly recommend you walk through the jungle to the other side of the island, unbelievable sunsets, coral reef, surfing.
What can we say, its a TRUE Island experience!! We recommend it if you Are looking for a few days off the Beat. Beautiful ocean, lovely island community and just the perfect Place for relaxation on a remote island. Lovely owner plus family and puppy. Your days consist of snorkeling, hammocks, walking on the beach, Watch the sunset from a hill.
