Welcoming, warm, helpful and friendly staff(s). I love the cleanliness of the toilet and our beds. The open kitchen area was good and clean as well.
The games were quite fun, karaoke, table tennis and archery was my husband and kids fav!
It was easy to find restaurants nearby.

Special point to the guy at the reception at day (i forgot to ask his name). He is working there for 1,5year and will answer questions with kindness and a good english. We also discuss about malaysia before our bus. We slept like babies. Hotel very calm at night also because it was not full as our room was close to the bathroom which is shared btw 4 rooms. Hot shower possible. Everything is clean 3minutes by feet from city centre. With the weather all becomes wet but no moisture on walls etc
The location on the edge of the village was good - it was quiet (except for the cicadas and wildlife). The breakfast and dining area was pleasant with a decking area overlooking the river. The room was good and clean, and the wet room functional. The staff were very helpful and polite and provided a good service. We enjoyed petting the little ginger cat at breakfast which was adorable. I think it's one of, if not the best guest house in Taman Negara.
Great location, a little further away from SkyAvenue, SkyCasino and First World Plaza, however since we travelled with little ones it was nice and close to the Skyworlds Theme Park. Clean rooms and daily housekeeping, with refills of water each day. Nice hot showers, strong water pressure.

Very cosy with a family unit. Easy for us to cater round the unit. All kitchen ware are complete set. Warm/hot shower with thick blanket on the beds. Comfortable with a decent view of Tanah Rata. Quite neighbour and night life. Been there twice because love the theme, british-colonial-modern-tate design. Easy acces to town so like dont need to drive. Just walk 5-8min reach the nearest stall/cafe.
All is okay. Check in is easy as owner will give instruction. Wifi is great. The location is near seafood restaurant & the town. Parking is near the entrance door & room is also near to lift. The facilities is also okay. You can use the same facilities as the hotel. All other equipment provided in the room is also great, hot shower, functional aircond, iron, wifi, microwave, hot water & netflix.
I stayed in single room with a balcony, overlooking the jungle and the hostel patio. The bed was comfortable and was equipped with a mosquito net. Overall the hostel was very clean and tidy. It's got a nice patio with tables, loungers and chairs surrounded by plants and trees. The personnel were friendly and very helpful. The location of the hostel is ideal with many nearby restaurants and at only a 5-minute walk to the jetty. I would def come back.
The resort is in a peaceful setting and was generally quiet. The property was spacious and the view was amazing, especially the sunset. The Lavender Restaurant, adjacent to the reception area, provides a peaceful environment for a relaxing meal. They are open for weekend lunch and we enjoyed some very good local dishes. The restaurant owner, Linda, was very welcoming and as we are from Australia, she was very helpful in explaining the menu. Highly recommend.
