The vicinity is quiet and basically there for Mount Fuji only. There is shuttle bus provided for check in and out. Have to book at least a day in advance. Toilet is inside the kitchen so you don't need to brace the cold while eating and drinking in the kitchen. Bathroom with a bathtub is beside the kitchen. Overall a superb glamping experience.

A great and unique experience during our Japan trip. Shinji-san and his staff were magnificent, picking us up and dropping us off, carting our luggage in the rain, and attending to any of our needs. The facilities are clean, modern and comfortable, the view was amazing despite the bad weather and we had a great view of Fujisan while we sat on the deck and cooked our BBQ and drank cold beer. The food was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely come back again.

This place was excellent! We could see Mt. Fuji from inside our pod (no. 4) on our second morning as it was super clear. The pod was really comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The toilets and showers were accessible and clean. Parking was convenient. We ordered the bbq meat set and it was absolutely delicious! We had a really good couple of days in the mountains before heading off to Tokyo!
