An amazing little home. Location is fantastic with the bus nearby and a-lot of connections. It is also located very close to multiple points of intrest. The owner is very friendly and recommended me multiple things to visit and to see the sunset from Mt. Inari. Everything was clean and functioning.

Great location only a short walk from Kyoto station. Downstairs felt like a little oasis. Rooms were great and a decent size. They served deserts during the afternoon and drinks and snacks at night. There were also lots of information on different tourist attractions and how to get there in the reception area.

Very clean and beautiful house! We really like the bathtub/onsen which was a treat every night. I also like the contactless entry, check in and concierge services. Concierge was exceptional! I left my bag with my wallet and passport in a Grab taxi at 1030pm! It was only thru the help of your concierge that we are able to contact the taxi company and the driver. I got back my back with all the contents within 1 hour from when I lost it! Amazing! 👏👏

Rest stay is located on a quiet street, the nearest store or restaurant are about 10min walk (except for the ramen restaurant around the corner). You can walk to the Kyoto station even with luggage and there is a bus stop nearby. We couldn't use the private veranda because of the rain, but it looked very nice. Comfortable accommodation for 3-4 people.

Good location, old good quality house and its contents. Quick online response from staff. Good ventilation system. Smart system for entering premises and rooms.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet with a nice view of the river and forest. It was lovely sitting on the verandah listening to the rive accompanied by birdsong; no other sounds.

It was super clean and comfortable and bright. Really love the hammocks too - nice area for sitting to eat outside.

Location is great, breakfast was the best I've had in Kyoto, staff is the friendliest, rooftop has a great view especially at sunset

We booked last minute in peak season & was the cheapest property in Kyoto (although still expensive) we were well aware it was a love hotel & what that entails - which was a good laugh and something to experience! Large bath & great hot shower!
