The staff was so friendly and helpful, even with the language barrier. They really went beyond!
Stayed in the single room, it was minimal and clean, with all needed. Was able to use the sauna and onsen, at no extra charge.
The location is amazing, with an amazing view. The terrace view is breathtaking! However a little outside of town, so might be hard to get access to without a car/bicycle.
The shared bathroom was extra clean, and the onsen was amazing, with several free amenities.
If you're travelling alone, the single room is a great option!
Takeda

The units will provide guests with a desk and a kettle. The concept is fascinating. The privacy is cool with a private bathroom and shower. The AC works really fine and keep a comfortable weather
Perfect family getaway with pet accommodation. Reception team welcomed us on arrival, we relaxed and used the property as a base to explore and enjoy the area as well as relax and watch the sunset with a BBQ in the garden.
Breakfast was good with a wide variety available. The views looking back towards shore were beautiful at night, and the sunset over the hills was worth watching from the top floor bar too. A free drink coupon was offered to us at check-in, which was nice. Room was large and spacious.
We loved our stay at this property so much — we booked one night initially but ended up staying for two. The owners are incredibly kind and lovely to talk with, they spoke English well too. They also gave us some very helpful recommendations for Awaji Island. The room was very comfortable and the guest house had wonderful kitchen and bathroom facilities — it also helped the host made a superb morning coffee. Excellent views for sunrise and sunset. Highly recommend and look forward to our next stay.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel reception staff are also very helpful and friendly to make the stay a memorable one. The hotel has good view for sunset (though it was cloudy during our stay) so we couldn’t catch it.
The location was great, right next to a bus stop and easy to find. The hosts were friendly, the little outside house I stayed in was super cute inside and out, and breakfast under the shelter of the veranda was a great start to the day. The terrace was huge too, and the river view would have been beautiful - if only I hadn't had torrential rain all throughout my stay!

Very attentive staff. Beautiful position on canal and close to many onsen and excellent facilities. Room spacious with seating and verandah. Bed laid down in evening while at dinner. Very comfortable clean and welcoming stay.

Exactly what I needed after a long 20+ hrs of travelling, from the UK, with multiple stop overs and delays. Having a hot shower, getting into that hotel bathrobe and crashing on the bed is exactly what I needed! The staff were also very friendly, helped me check in at a much later time than I had initially informed them of (because of the delays). The staff also respond promptly when you contact them through the booking.com app. Great stay! Definitely recommend!
