Very comfortable apartment within a larger house / property. Amazing views. All windows have mosquito nets and the whole house can be very breezy - we were there while there was a heat wave and did not have to turn on the airco. All the sitting areas inside and outside very welcomed. All the food the host prepared in the fridge and drawers were great for a quick breakfast. Very silent and peaceful. Thank you!

The host, Samantha and Luca, were so nice. We had a nice vacation in Cingoli staying at their B&B in a surrounding of full of nature. They served delicious diner and breakfast which were beyond our expectation. The husband Luca always surprises us by letting us see magnificent stars at night, taking sunset pictures with a drone, and cooking BBQ for us.
We really enjoyed our stay, the place and the views are idillic. We were at toward the end of a 3 weeks road trip in Italy and were looking for a place to relax before hitting back home. This place was perfect, spent time at the pool and enjoyed the sunsets. The apartment was also very nice with a functional kitchen a comfortable bed and great breakfast. Highly recommended.
The property is located directly in front of the beach. Prepare yourself to enjoy dawn and sunset daily. The breakfast buffet is really rich and staff is polite and very helpful, cleaners, waiters/waitresses, reception/front desk staff. It’s also one of the few hotels that stays open in winter too, which is very convenient if you visit Pesaro during Christmas.
Beatiful new resort with appartment houses. Design of the interiors is stunning, architecture of the houses and surrounding property is stunning as well. The pool is beautiful with a lot of sun beds. There are bicycles on site free to borrow. Everyting is super clean. It takes less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. You can also reach other surrounding towns by car within a few minutes where there are countless restaurant options.
cosy, modern, spacious apartement with little terrase in front, available garrage underground, kitchen, free bikes to use, location very close to the beach, super nice owner, free sun beds and umbrella on the beach, absolutely stunning!
The hosts Emanuele and his wife: very friendly but not obtrusive. They checked you were always happy but also gave space for you to feel it was a private holiday. They gave a warm welcome and also a nice wine and gift to settle you in. The apricot tart was delicious. The scenery was amazing the wildlife was beautiful, deers and hares (Cervo & Lepre) could be seen from the terrace daily. It was such a nice place to be close to the town but also the wilderness.
