Everyone treated us so well, the owners and the staff accommodated everything we needed they booked us safaris in advance, woke up at 5.30am to see us off and even gave us a blanket to take with us to keep us warm! On the day we didn't have safaris we asked to go to a temple which was all organised for us and the daughter of the owners came with us to act as our guide which was so lovely. When we arrived we were a bit under the weather from our time in Delhi, and our host was so accommodating catering meals to our needs and offered to get us medicine, which we really appreciated. The food was perhaps the best we have had in India, and our one regret is that we couldn't eat more (or stay longer!). The location was amazing, and we spent every evening bird watching by the river and saw so many cool birds, deer and monkeys. The tents were lovely and had all the luxuries you need but also felt like being out in nature. The gardens are lovely and full of wildlife and we spotted so much from just our porch. Honestly can't recommend this place enough if yiu stay anywhere else in Jim Corbett you're missing out! We will defiantly be back!

The resort is well maintained and the staff is very polite and helpful. Mr. Narendra r personally makes sure that the guest are provided good service and is very accessible. We stayed in the tent, but they have brick and mortar rooms too. Being a tent, the bathrooms are basic, but it was clean. There are many other camp style resorts around that area, but barna camp stands out. The management went out of their way to promote local culture and folk music and dance. The folk music and dance performance were very good. We could hear modern disco music from other camp sites, but here, it was traditional stuff, which we appreciated. If you are a star gazer, the area near the swimming pool provides excellent viewing opportunities. The food was awesome. The activities around the camp are a lot of fun, especially the camel ride to the sand dunes. We enjoyed the stay

Seems to be the furthest out desert camp - very close to Sam sand dune. Lovely staff really high quality food and the evening cultural show was exceptionally good and they really went above and beyond. The tent was great clean, bathroom modern with running water and effective AC in the tent too. Comfortable and clean really impressive! Perfect for a higher quality and more peaceful experience. Great for those wanting to get away for the hustle for some peace and quiet.

Die Unterkunft Queen of Thar Desert Camp mit Gartenblick in Sām bietet Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Garten, einer Terrasse und einem Restaurant. Das im 2019 eröffnete Camp liegt relativ ruhig.am Rand der "Campzone" und grenzt aktuell (Stand November 2023) auf zwei Seiten an die Landwirtschaftszone an. Wir waren im Nr. 12, welches am weitesten Weg vom Eingang, dem Restaurant und der Unterhaltungsarena liegt. So hatten wir eine ruhige Nacht, da die Camps die Unterhaltung mit lauter Musik um 22:00 Uhr beenden. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und während dem ganzen Aufenthalt vorzüglich betreut. Die Speisen waren alle sehr gut und auch für uns Europäer nicht zu scharf gewürzt. Die gebotene Abendunterhaltung mit Musik, Tanz, Akrobatik und Feuerschau war abwechslungsreich. Das Camp wird durch einen Ratjasthani, welcher hier aufgewachsen ist und seiner australischen Partnerin geführt. Deshalb kennen sie die Bedürfnisse der westlichen Touristen sehr gut und bieten einen darauf angepassten Service. Die angebotenen Touren starten beim Hotel. Die Dünen sind auch zu Fuß in ca. 400 Meter gut zu erreichen.
