Well located, near the river for a quick swim. Restaurant in the property. Mosquito net in the bed. They arranged jungle treks.

Great service and beautiful appartment. Owner is a lovely guy who responds very fast. Also a lovely hot shower to make this very recommanded place.

Staff was fantastic!! Great place right in the river. A bit more upscale than the other guesthouses around but still very down to earth and simple accommodation. We loved the serenity and the ability to just jump in the river whenever we wanted. Also there are trails and wildlife all around which was wonderful! Will definitely come back!

Location Beautiful view The photos don’t make the property justice - especially the rooms upstairs, all nicely decorated, big enough, nice bed and mattress, everything works, clean, kettle, comfy chairs to chill, hot shower (water pressure better upstairs then rooms downstairs), breakfast nice, Maya and the family are amazing. We were supposed to stay three nights and we extended multiple times for work and then sickness Can’t recommend enough! 6 stars!!🌟

The room was excellent value for money, we had shared bathroom. There is only one shower and toilet, but we were never waiting. The water is hot which is good for Indonesia, really enjoyed the shower, however there is alot of ants on the wall, they could do with putting a ceiling on but is fine for the price and hot shower The food was good the burger patty was the best we’ve had since travelling, there is a pool table, badminton and games for us to use

Very big room, with balcony looking at the forest, comfy chairs and hammock. Toilet also good size although with no ventilation. Mosquito net on bed. Great customer service, both virtual and on site. Booked my 2 day trek with them and everything was perfect. Basic breakfast including fruit and toast / pancake. Good restaurant, everything I tried was delicious. The common area by the river is a place you wouldn't leave!

This place is an amazing getaway, one can stay there for a few days and relax. The staff is very friendly, funny and caring. I loved being there, I felt very welcome. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable, there was no mosquito net, but there are really few mosquitos anyway. It was nice to sit in a hammock or on a sunlounger by the river and just chill out, read a book and enjoy the view.

Everything about Toba sunset was just great, the room was so large and comfy with a mosquito net around the bed. There was a kettle and coffee. The bathroom was really lovely with a walk in hot shower placed so that the whole bathroom didn't get wet and then there was a huge balcony looking out over the lake. The owner is very helpful, she organised bike hire for me, did some laundry and also dropped me back the jetty free of charge on the day I left, even though I needed to be there at 07.40.
