The room was excellent, it looked brand new, it was very clean and very silent, very nice decorated, with private entrance. The owners were very kind and helpful, there is the possibility to check in using a lockbox which was the case in my situation, I arrived very late to the location due to circumstances. The overall price for the value is very good.

Everything! Wonderful hosts who met us with an ice cream and some other welcome goodies, and were helpful throughout our stay. Their cottage is in a beautiful quiet spot on a working farm, with no road noise and relaxing views - our family loved the horses etc. and the sunsets. Was spacious for our needs with two good-sized bedrooms, and well set up for small children with a stair gate and a guard on the log burner. We leave with great memories, will be recommending to people we know and would love to come back ourselves.

The room and the bathroom had plenty of space, it gave much better feeling than in the Lonon hotel. The floor was covered by a very soft carpet, making the room very comfortable, The receptionist is very friendly person. The breakfast was not self-service, but after all the lady was very kind, and we got enough to eat and drink, and even delicious deserts.

The bed was comfortable with a selection of pillows. Spacious rooms. Hot shower. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. I had a booking.com discount from the last time I stayed, so the price was even better. Staff were great, as usual. A lady helped my husband and I to our room with the baby.

It was lovely. Stayed with family and the suit was amazing, they looked after us very well. Most amazing breakfast we had in any hotel so far. Lovely dinner too. Desert was to die for.
The owners were more than hospitable. Very nice people, if we needed anything they said to let them know. I couldn't fault the house, looked like a showroom. Very clean & tidy. Even have boxes of cereal for the morning There's nothing you need, got towels, bedding etc. Ideal location for the black Country museum, wildlife safari Park is 35mins down the road. Your car is secure in a gated carpark. Overall a great place to stay & lovely owners Many thanks
