Free private parking is available on site. What a beautiful place! We would definitely stay here again! The tents are gorgeous & beautifully supplied, the spot is so lovely with a bus right outside the gates into Oxford in 20 minutes.

It was a great experience on the nature with the comfort. It has everything you need: air conditioning when hot and the electric fire place when it is cold.

Lovely location in the Chiltern hills, super relaxing atmosphere, really nice courtyard with good seating to watch the sunset, absolutely beautiful restaurant with very good breakfast, good WiFi, good cleaning.
Location on a new housing site but plenty of parking. Large attic room with ensuite. Lots of facilities in the room. Comfy bed and pillows, hot shower.
Comfortable, well decorated and equipped. Beautiful grounds. The staff at the nearby shop/ restaurant were lovely as were those we encountered while exploring the beautiful gardens. Lots of wildlife.
Exactly like the pictures. The tents are beautifully set up and spaced so that you have maximum privacy from others. Great site layout and convenient access to all facilities. The tents and kitchen are equipped with everything you would need for your stay and it was a nice touch to have extra blankets, hot water bottles and enough kindling / wood and coal to have 1 fire and 1 BBQ.
Quiet and beautiful location and enjoyed g&t on the veranda overlooking the links and lakes. Didn't get to use the spa on this trip.
Excellent location. Lots of birds and wildlife around. Amazing views. Great food. Stayed in the river view suite. Loads of space. Picture window so great view even when raining.
Our third time staying in as many years, still an absolutely fantastic B&B and great value. Love everything from the location, the generous check-in and out times, the amazing breakfasts, all round friendly service, pleasant and well presented rooms, fabulous sunsets and local amenities - plus, being only a short walk into Charlbury to catch the bus that stops right outside diddly squat farm shop is a bonus. Our doggo loves staying too, so many walks both onsite and close by.
The bell tents are equipped with everything you need and are super comfortable. Excellent that firewood and kindling is provided. The toilets, showers and kitchen area are clean and well equipped. The site is lovely, great location for Oxford, well maintained with an effort to keep some areas dedicated to nature by providing habitats for wildlife etc.
