Excellent location on a quiet street - 5-6mins walk to tram station, 15mins to the waterfront, just 1 mins to a long stay car park which is super convenient for our half day trip after check out. They have own car park and no need to reserve which is superb. Generous portion of breakfast served with loads of choices of cereals, yogurts, fruit etc. Comfy bed, hot shower is just all you need on a day out. Recommend to anyone who visit Llandudno for a day or two.
Wonderful views of the Castle and ever changing estuary from an executive room. Lovely sunsets. All staff friendly and helpful. Great breakfasts cooked to order. Enjoyed dinner in the Restaurant on two nights. Pleasant coastal walks from the hotel. Convenient location for Snowdonia, Conwy valley and the coast. Conwy town, castle and quayside nearby. Spa/pool nice to relax after a day out walking.

The sunset view out of our window was simply stunning
Beautiful, clean cottage with everything needed for a great holiday. Great communication with Joe who was ready to help us with any problems we might have, which we didn't. Perfectly situated right in the walls of Conwy which is such a beautiful historic place. Amazing castle and walks around the walls around Conwy. Great food available everywhere and everyone was so friendly. Wonderful sunsets.
Everything, excellent in every way. Really comfortable and roomy. Able to use the dining room for own food and takeout, plus outdoor seating area to relax with a drink. Within walking distance of the village and cafes, also the train station. The sunset was simply stunning and could have been in the Caribbean. Beach was clean, sandy and quiet. Made to feel welcome and nothing too much.
Nothing seagulls everywhere couldn't open doors to veranda. Buddy awfully
The location was good for exploring north Wales and had a great view of the sunset over the straits to Anglesey. There is a lift to the apartment, which was essential for us as one of us is disabled.
Everything, the property had everything you need and very cosy. Beautiful sunset views. Walk along the seafront to the shops, bars and restaurants. We went to Great orme and saw the seals at Little Orme. Snowdon is well worth a visit, we walked down and the Aber Falls were beautiful
