The tent was very comfortable with a feeling of being close to nature. Lying on the in-built hammock, looking up at the tops of the pines was really peaceful and relaxing. The small fridge is stocked with butter, jam, orange juice, and milk if needed. Fresh bread & croissants were brought daily for breakfast which was a really nice touch.

A recently renovated luxury tent in Pondaurat, La Yourte Mongole offers sun terrace, private parking and sports facilities. With garden views, this accommodation features a balcony and a swimming... The yourte is beautifull like the picture but the view in the morning was stunning because the position of the entrance is so that you see the sunrise. The hostesses were both very friendly. We loved the dog what a great energy. Like the whole place is a great energy.

Set 16 km from Sarlat-la-Canéda Train Station, Camping Le Mondou features a seasonal outdoor pool, free WiFi, and free private parking for guests who drive. if you like the outdoor living, but not the traditional camping, then these glamping tents are the excellent alternative ; we had a very good time there (too short) ; we were lucky since the holiday season was only starting and the camping was not too crowded ; I can imagine that when everything gets occupied, the natural feeling gets lost a bit ; and I recommend the friday evening pizza night (stone oven) !
