Sleeping in a tent in a nice bed is the best way to sleep outside😎 Wood provided for the nice fire outside added to the charm. On top the breakfast and the bath facilities was more than we expected.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sven, they are very friendly, and helpful hosts. The house is a 3 minute walk from the train station, so one can easily reach Sylt regurarly. Our room was cosy, the only thing we personally have missed was a mosquito net on the window. Overall, highly recommended!
Quite location, yet it is still close to a supermarket and the centre of Niebüll. The accommodation is well appointed and presents well at first looks. It suits a solo or couple travellers and caters for smokers with a small verandah.
I like the idea of these special tents. The staff was very helpful and nice. There are caffes and restaurants around. I wish I could stay longer.

The location is stellar, and you have a decent view of the ocean, including the islands out in the Watt. In April, the sunset is only slightly blocked by the neighbouring buildings. First floor is much better than ground floor, but would be nicer to be higher.
Huge house with great facilities even for a larger group. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Located in an interesting and unusual area to visit - World Heritage Mud flats (Wattenmeer)- excellent for Bird watchers. Highlights included Wattenmeer Wanderung - Sunset over the Hamburger Hallig - Beach driving on Romo Island. Great flexibility for arrival and departure.
Hotel concept of integrating urban+nature can be seen in many details on the property. Roof top bar for sunsets, huge sauna overlooking the dunes and Nordsee, live music on the bar, delicious restaurant with open kitchen, all that contributes to a great stay
Really good location with supermarket and pharmacy nearby, the breakfast is nice and varied. The staff is super kind and helpful! The room is spacious and we had a cozy balcony with sunset view :)
