The hot tub (at extra cost of 99€) is amazing and very nice to have a hot tub with fresh water just for yourselves. The hosts even provided a bit of bubbly to enjoy. The idea of staying in a see-through tent is also great and I'm sure it's great when the sky is clear and it's a little warmer as when we stayed in November.

The view from my room is stunning. You can see the sunset and sunrise from your balcony, The breakfast is okay. The swimming facility is also okay but only one small spa pool for max four people.
If you're arriving by car, then it's a super location (It is not easily accessible by public transportation). Calm and in the middle of nature with a nice panoramic view of KarloVy Vary especially during sunsets. They have a restaurant with really good food at very affordable prices. We also enjoyed the privacy of the sauna and whirlpool area, which could be booked for an extra price. (2 people can fit in the sauna simultaneously)
Very friendly reception staff. Splendid, very large, quiet room. Good facilities: shower, WiFi and lift worked well. Fabulous position close to the centre of town, yet quiet. Verandah with views on 4th floor.
I booked this hotel to get a feeling of exceptional hotel for exceptional city - and got just that. Building is magnificent, and it's all even better from this point. Large room, comfy bathroom, nice views on the sunset over Karlove Wary... Very good breakfast, access to swinning pool without a fuss, no crowds there tbh. Having parking spot was very convenient as well. Definitely my pick for a next stay at Karlove Wary.
Very nice view from the balcony. Good to sit and eat there. Not hot morning sun, but sun during the day and nice sunsets behind other houses. Everything close: bars, restorans, shops or just walking around. Of course are also close colonnades. Comfortable bed, everything clean and quite new furniture. Very good system to get breakfast in the room. It is rich! Jakub is very friendly.
