Amazing location and facilities. It felt like we were in a tropical paradise. The tents were large, spacious, clean and comfortable, surrounded by lush vegetation. The ladies at reception were so friendly and helpful. They organised all of our tours and called a taxi when we needed one. The facilities around the property were spectacular, and we loved getting to swim in the pool at night. It felt magical. It was quite overcast while we were there, so we didn’t have the view of the volcano, but that didn’t detract from the amazing environment at all. Great variety for breakfast. Close to many restaurants and the town centre. Highly recommend!

The space in and around the dome was huge, and the whole place has a very 'in the jungle' vibe. Privacy in the majority of the space was great, which is always helpful when the shower is outside! It was a little hard to find on arrival, but once found the location was great - it was nice and secluded and away from any main road noise.
