All units come with a terrace with garden views, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher and an oven, and a shared bathroom. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also provided, as well as a kettle. At the luxury tent, every unit has bed linen and towels. Really pretty place, nicely designed, full of different flora, peace and quiet. At night the tent lit up with the interior light looked really magical. It was a bit overcast so no stars visible, but I can imagine if there'd be no clouds, the sky would look absolutely gorgeous. We were there for only a night, but we will definitely return for longer! Fun little detail; we were the only guests for that particular night, and the hosts' dogs decided to sleep through the night in the area around our tent, almost like guarding us :) ♥ 11/10 security service! ;)

Great location! Close to the metro and everything in the centre. The room is heated which is perfect for the colder nights. Hot shower works perfectly. Hosts are extremely kind and helpful. Wi-fi works great. The additional breakfast is definitely worth it. Definitely stay here when in Santiago!

The staff is impeccable, super nice and helpful. Clean and warm apartment came with free snacks and water, salt, oils. You can also see Amazing sunsets from the balcony or from the bed that had a big window.

I appreciated the support from the frontdesk personnel in helping us with translations and guidance to resolve a personal issue. Personnel also let us check in early and check out late to match our international flights. Room is very comfortable, good beds and pillows. Restaurant on top floor is great during sunsets.
Excelent since the booking. Had a feed back of my requests in less than 24h. First time ever. And when got there, it was just perfect. Very helpful team which made all the difference. Special thanks to Monica, Catalina and Raul. Very well located. Quiet. Impeccable cleaning. Mattress and pillows comfortable - though high. Comfortable bedding. Good hot shower. Breakfast could have more options but its possible to become perfect with extra charge. And great Bistrot downstairs. Definitely a regular customer from now on.
Great location in Bellavista, staff were helpful at check in and check out. Lovely outdoor areas and breakfast was made fresh to order. Comfortable bed and hot shower. Filtered water on arrival was a nice touch and saved us a late night trip to get water!
Superb hotel in a beautiful area of the city. Lovely room, great breakfast and friendly staff. Beautiful roof terrace with bar and restaurant (excellent food & cocktails). Amazing pool area with fantastic views and sunsets. Great vibe at night. Walking distance to many local restaurants. You can also walk to or from the hotel to the gondola station on San Cristóbal Hill. We had a very early flight when leaving so we were provided with a picnic breakfast which we ordered the night before. Highly recommended
Well located, professional and friendly reception staff, room absolutely fine with an especially comfortable bed. Spacious outdoor courtyard area with nice set up of lounge sofas and chairs as well as poolside sun beds. The cafe with indoor and outside seating looked great but we didn’t get to try it. Just an overall nice deco and vibe to this hotel. After doing a lot of research to find the right place to stay in huge Santiago we were very happy with our choice of accommodation for two nights.
