The service was incredible, the host was willing to help in any way, giving us advice for the park and making us feel at home. Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious as well. The tents were warm and cozy, and the location is perfect! Easy access to the park and beautiful views to wake up to.

Offering a garden and river view, Glamping Río Serrano - Caja Los Andes is set in Puerto Natales, 47 km from Amarga Lagoon and 15 km from Salto Chico. There is an in-house restaurant and free private parking. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the luxury tent's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. Very clean, high attention to detail, very friendly and competent staff! Contrary to reviews and blogs we had a cell phone signal, and there was free and fast WiFi in the restaurant! The restaurant itself was also very good without being too expensive

This hotel is just perfect. Near everything (amazing restaurants and coffes nearby), all new, comfortable bed, beautiful view, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Nothing to complain. There is a rooftop bar (no noise!) and they gave us a free welcome drink, amazing to enjoy the sunset view.
Great location to town, was very clean, nice hot showers and everything worked well. Breakfast was ready for when we got up very early for hikes. Very cozy and Wi-Fi worked well. Kitchen was excellent and it was brilliant to have the option to use this and make sandwiches or cook etc.
This place is very clean and is very well kept. The restaurant has reasonably priced options for the area and a beautiful sunset view if you don't see the sunset inside the Park.

The best place we have stayed at in South America- the property is great but mostly due to Fabian’s hospitality and kindness! He goes above and beyond and we are very grateful! The hostel has great kitchen, comfortable and warm rooms, and great hot showers! Really quick laundry service which was much appreciated after the W trek! We wish we could stay longer!
The building is very modern and has an amazing roof terrace where we watched the sunset enjoying a free welcome drink. The room was very comfortable with the best shower We have had in all Patagonia.

Nice hot showers, warm rooms, basic facilities but all you need when travelling. I also loved that if I couldn’t make breakfast due to an early morning start they would make a packed breakfast for me to take away. Much appreciated!
