I´ve had the most amazing time at Mabula. It was my first safari experience and I couldn´t have chosen better. We drove from Joaneshburgo airport and were a bit worried about the road - it was a 2h super easy drive. Room was amazing - spacious, clean, well decorated. Food was delicious. Staff was super nice - our game driver was amazing and we´ve got to see Lions, Elephants, Rinos, Giraffes, Zebras, Chacals, Antilopes, etc. I would definately come back and recommend it.

We were greeted with the warmest welcome by all staff. This set the tone for the entire trip and everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were beyond comfortable. The tents are charming and added a magical touch to sleeping under African skies. Pool was often surrounded by animal visitors throughout the day. Have never swam with a giraffe before! Safari Plains is an exceptional experience.

Loved the intimacy of the tented camp - accommodation very comfortable, staff friendly, freshly prepared food very good and safari drives excellent. Our guide, Job, was excellent - very knowledgeable and friendly. Loved the silence of the reserve. Would be very happy to stay there again.

The unit is well furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The setting is truly exceptional with visits from wildlife and glorious sunsets. The private splash pool is the perfect cure for a stinking hot African summer day. There is also an option to hire a private game viewing vehicle.

Uzuri is a gem set within Mabilingwe which was a perfect spot for our extended family getaway. We enjoyed breathtaking sunsets and sunrises and listening to the lions roar. The unit is well equipped and the hosts' attention to detail is second to none. We loved our self drives using the vehicle at the property and sitting at the boma area. Kids loved the jacuzzi and watching the numerous wildlife around the unit. There is more than enough room for a large group to make very special memories like we did.
