Very comfortable guest house in centre of Franschhoek and within easy walking distance of multiple restaurants, bars, shops and the wine tram. Delightful staff and excellent breakfast, cooked to order. Comfortable bed and elegant bathroom with hot shower. Enjoyed my stay.
Beautiful property with luxurious rooms and high end finishes throughout. Truly relaxing in nature with beautiful views. Loved the sounds of nature and the wildlife that roams freely, had a peacock visit in the morning. The room was really clean and the bed was super comfortable. Can highly recommend this property. Also has lovely art and architecture and the team was very friendly.
Booking in was easy and very comfortable. We enjoyed the privacy, and our room made us feel like royalty. The breakfast was in a LOVELY location with a beautiful view. In the evening, we watch the sunset over the lavender fields, and it felt as if we were in Franch. We enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend it. We hope to return soon.
The location was perfect for an overnight stay with a function to attend nearby at Dieu Donne. The cottages are very comfortable and very tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The covered veranda and outside braai area are great - although we werent there for long enough to use them.
The location of Mirabelle GH in Franschhoek is really great, amazing mountain views with sunrise and sunset visible from our large terrace. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and the breakfast, with a buffet and a hot breakfast of choice was at least 5-star!
Loved the experience of 'camping' but not roughing it at all! In fact, the big, comfortable bed with heated blanket, well equipped kitchen, and bathroom made the stay super comfortable. The coolest part was feeling like you're completely on your own in nature while overlooking the vineyards but you're also so close to all the cool stuff in town. It's a really beautiful spot where you can totally relax by the small pool, firepit, hammock, etc. Also loved the farm dogs who visited us every day. 😍
Absolutely stunning property in an extremely picturesque location. The wine on the veranda in the evening watching the sunset was a very nice touch and a good way to meet other guests. Yvonne and Alan were both fantastic - and even made us a small packed breakfast to take away as we were leaving early for a flight from Cape Town.
Cozy comfortable cottage decorated artfully and even fresh flowers. Staff friendly and very helpful. Jonathan supplied enough wood to keep us warm with the fire place going. The cottage surrounded by the beautiful Franschhoek Mountains, just breathtaking looking outside from every window. We also enjoyed the the sunsets with our snacks on the veranda and the barbeque.
