We enjoyed the view and the variety of wildlife The fire in the boma at night and the cosy fireplace in the diningroom area were very pleasant. The food was very tasty and the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. Everybody made us feel very welcome.
On our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly gentleman, Alex Monnana. During game drive, Alex shared educational information on wildlife with us, which we greatly appreciate. During breakfast and dinner, we were treated to delicious meals prepared by chef Velheminah.She is so kind and polite !!! What we appreciated the most was her interaction with guests to find out whether we enjoyed the meal or not !!!

Everything was just amazing! We enjoyed every moment - the flatlet, the restaurant, the swimmingpools, the wildlife, everything! Can't wait to go again!
The Lodge was wonderful! Nolene and other staff went out of their way to keep guests happy. Food was lovely and accomodation very comfortable. The Lion Foundation is exceptionally interesting with their conservation and well worth going to watch the feed in the mornings. Moses is a very knowledgeable game ranger who does the sunset game drives and Leroy is great with the quads. Will recommend the lodge any time!
Its location was secluded and exactly what you want for a relaxing breakaway. The setup is perfect and it has all the little luxuries that you would expect, air fryer, coffee machine, ice machine and pizza oven. There was WiFi and the open bush swimming pool was a brilliant bonus. Lynette our host was a phone call away and arranged every additional request promptly. The access to all Mablingwe's facilities are a 15min drive away and you get to see the wildlife on your way. Really worthy to be called a hidden gem!
