Amazing hotel with the most amazing and friendliest staff who made us feel right at home. It was great to see them every morning and evening with smiles on their faces and having jokes with us. Thank you again for everything!!! Also has the best water pressure in Vietnam (for those who love a long hot shower)! We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Hanoi...highly recommend!

Excellent location near the train station which we used as a base before and after going to Sapa. We were very grateful for the comfy beds, air con and hot showers this morning after arriving in Hanoi on the night train!

clean room, the staff were very enthusiastic when they allowed me to check in early, if you want to take a hot shower you need to turn on the switch on the water heater. It takes about 15 minutes to heat up, which is understandable since they can't keep it running all day, it's easy to cause a danger

Comfortable beds, no window meant a sleep in! (No light to wake us up) Views from the pool, bar and restaurant lovely. Staff VERY attentive! You are RIGHT IN THE CITY! walking distance to markets and food. Catching a grab you'll need to be ready as you are in a no stopping zone, but perfect for being close to everything! Good hot showers, great breakfast with a large variety for westerners and those who want to try local dishes too.

Everything! Booked one night and ended up extending for 3, cute lake outside with coffee shops. We loved the rooftop as we saw the sunset there, you can use washing machine for free too. Got netflix on the TV too!

The hotel is in a very convenient location in the old quarter. It was in a busy area yet was quiet. The rooftop bar has great views and worth popping up to watch the sunsetting. In particular we would like to say that Kim went over and above to make our stay comfortable. She shared a number of great locations for coffee and food also. She was amazing, as was Liam and all other staff.
