I was with my family - husband and two children. My room was on the top floor with veranda and great view.
The location is excellent, in the very heart of Trabzon. Staff of the hotel is very kind and warm, hospitable and helpful. All of them are always ready to help you in each detail. Toilet papers, towels, shampoo and shower gel was too little for four person, but when I asked the staff they were ready immediately.
The breakfast was delicious, especially cake.
When I visit Trabzon next time, I book this hotel again.
The views are amazing and the bed was very comfortable. Very clean room and facilities and staff were very helpful.
Enjoy the lobby terrace at sunset. It's far from the center but I think it's worth staying here if you are renting a car or don't mind taking taxis.
Very kind host. Amazing views. Luxury five star property. Every thing works fine. Full equipped kitchen. Central heating with modern fireplace for the cold night. Windows equipped with mosquito nets which many properities doesn't have so well done.
The owner is a local family. They were very friendly, helpful and nice people. I would definitely suggest to try their menu for dinner. The place is close to calkoy cave and hirsafa yaylasi where you can take impressive pictures and experience the sunset over the clouds. We are happy that we stayed there
