For travellers who love being in nature with an added sense of luxury. Also called glamping, tented camps provide full or limited services, while surrounded by the wilderness. Typically in permanent or semi-permanent camps, these private tents/yurts are a great way to rough it while staying glamorous.
Everything was just right. Comfortable room (and bed); wonderful breakfast with homemade selections and real coffee; big, beautiful, breezy verandah with comfortable chairs to lounge in; free parking and wifi. All within walking distance of the city and fortress. Congrats to the host couple for putting it all together.
It's a family owned business, so the place is cosy, large, with plenty of amenities (outdoor area with a small swimming pool, kitchenette/dining, playground and parking). Plenty of parking spaces. Our room was large, clean, and well lit. Owners are friendly and talkative. Within walking distance to the citadel (aprox. 10 minutes, or 5 minutes by car). We enjoyed a nice glass of wine in the evening (courtesy of the owners), in a cozy upstairs veranda, enjoying the peace and quiet.
Outstanding location with an overview of the citadel, exceptional view of sunset, right in the midle of the town, close to all restaurants, shops, and 2 mins walk to citadel.
