The hosting family is super friendly and made sure everything went smoothly during our trip, even offering free luggage storage and a hot shower after our last day - even if we had already checked out of the room. An excellent option to stay in Huaraz, close to the city center!
It has a proper hostel atmosphere, with great beds and very clean and hot showers, great kitchen, great terrace and very delicious breakfast.

The owners are so friendly and helpful. They let me store luggage whilst I was hiking and welcomed me back to a comfortable room and hot shower when I returned earlier than expected with altitude sickness.
The owners are so knowledgeable and very friendly! They helped with figuring out our trek and we could rent the stuff we needed at a good price. The rooms are also very comfortable: good bed and hot shower.
Chris was amazing with hike recommendaitons depending on your mood and ability - he could send me on some lesser known ones which were great - and very available over WhatsApp if he wasn't around during the day.
Terrace has a brilliant view over the mountains making for lovely sunsets.
Also a place to handwash clothes/boots and leave them to dry which was super helpful. No laundry service but there's a laundry place like 10 seconds down the road.

What a great place to stay! couldn't recommend more. A short 15 min walk from the centre and with a great rooftop to see sunsets. Hot shower, good wifi and very clean! The best were the hosts, always there for us, amazing and cheap tours as well as the best hikinh tips. Gear can be rented too.
