The accommodation is very basic but the view is amazing! We only stayed two days but would happily have spent several more lounging on the terrace hammocks and watching the waves. Its a great spot as the corner of beach it gives on to is fairly secluded and has some of the least aggressive waves on this stretch (so is good for a swim). Its a two minute walk across the sand to everything you might need in town and right next to the steps up to punta cometa to watch the sunset. Very peaceful place to unplug and relax.

Secluded and isolated spot in the trees w clear ocean views and only the sound of the pounding surf. The infinity pool was an unexpected spot to watch the sunset and cool off after a day in the sun. Large private terrace for lounging in the hammock and enjoying the scenery. Magdalena took great care of everything, including making coffee and cooking breakfast. She even unplugged our toilet one morning.

Excellent location in the town and close to the beaches for sunrise and sunset. Mosquito nets around the beds. Good kitchen. Filtered water provided. Chargers close to beds. Decent price to quality ratio. Actually nice social vibes there despite no events (cooking and eating).

Absolutely loved my stay at Ivanna Hostel! Kept staying longer and ended up there for nearly 2 weeks. The staff were lovely, such a nice relaxed vibe. Nice kitchen, bunk beds with fans, lots of hammocks in different areas to chill out or have some drinks. Lots of nice cats and a little dog. Made lots of friends there. Perfect location between Mazunte beach/ beach road and mermajita beach for sunset. If you really hate hills it might not be for you as it is up a short hill. Favourite place I stayed on my trip to Mexico, thank you!

My room was so thoughtful with a little desk for writing, an excellent mosquito net, a hammock seat to swing in and look at the view, gauze over the windows so you can have them wide open all the time without worrying about bugs - there was a charging point to plug in usbs etc and two towels in the bathroom - I loved it!

Amazing location! Right on the beach, could not have been any closer. Balconies / terraces had hammocks that looked straight out onto the beach and perfect views of sunrise. Large bed with mosquito net. Clean bathroom. Very friendly and helpful owner. Could not recommend this place more.

Good location near 2 main beaches, nearby shop and main strip for bars & restaurants. A few nice touches like individual fans for each (fairly comfortable) bed, solid mosquito nets, plenty of hammocks, a lot of space in bedrooms for bags. Simple facilities guarantee a certain kind of no-bullsh*t traveller: mostly Europeans and Spanish-speakers. Staff nice but quite hands-off. Very relaxed atmosphere. Great for solo travellers.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Place with very good atmosphere and hammocks to chill. Also very close to Punta Cometa from where you can watch the nicest sunrise/sunset, near the beach and a short walk to town.
