Typically in permanent or semi-permanent camps, these private tents/yurts are a great way to rough it while staying glamorous.
The landlords were the best - they are really exceptional (hospitality, helpfulness, explaining and answering all our curious questions and much more) and we have stayed at very many places all over the world so far. Great facilities, equipment, possibility to eat at the terrace with a beautiful view at the sea and sunset. Amazing opportunity to order local creole dinner from a neighbour. Quiet location and we could use the washing machine.
It was the first place we booked on Martinique and the beauty of it was that it was very close to undiscovered wild extraordinary 2 beaches, before we moved to a more commercial part that was truly breathtaking.
I was also surprised by a big veranda, so whenever it was raining we stayed and observe the nature behind the house, so peaceful...
