My friend is Vegan and they did their best to respect his diet. Watching the sunrise from the bed… simply fantastic. Thank you Hassan, Mohammed, and staff for all what you have done! We stayed here for 3 nights. Everything was excellent. Ali and his team are very thoughtful, welcoming and entertaining. They cook and sing very well! We really enjoyed all activities suggested by Ali including the 4x4 SUV rides, camel rides, watching sunset, dinners etc.

The dunes are accessible right from the camp which is exactly what we were looking for. We did not have any interest in riding camels and recommend watching the sunset from a nearby dune that feels like one of the tallest in Merzouga (just a 10 minute walk from our tent). We were also able to book an very reasonably priced excursion the day we arrived and went for a visit to a nomadic family, visit to an abandoned mine, gnawa music show, berber pizza lunch and 1 hr quad ride. A stay with this crew is a once in a lifetime experience - we will absolutely be back!
