The boat was lovely. Charming, clean and equipped with everything you might need - 2 bedrooms, a small kitchen, toilet, aircon, fans, shower inside and outside, 2 sunbeds, 2 small bikes to easily reach the beach in 10 minutes or go take dinner. Everything was clean and Giacomo was the most welcoming and helpful host. The pier was also very quiet and private, a beautiful place to enjoy a sunset from. A quite unique stay and a dreamy experience, we loved it.

Rooms were perfect. We had a room with a little balcony overlooking the sea and the main street. Perfect for watching the sunset. Double glazing, so no noise can be heard from the street and awesome shutters which block out all the light. The bed was memory foam mattress which I absolutely loved and slept like a baby! Breakfast was fantastic with fresh cakes, croissants, bacon, eggs, cheeses and the most delicious ham! The staff slat the restaurant were incredibly friendly!

Very friendly and professional staff, spacious and clean, tidy rooms. A stone throw away from the beach in front of it and from the park behind it. The view from the rooftop terrace is to die for! Especially at sunset! The breakfast top quality and plenty of delicacies to choose from. They also have an in-house restaurant with delicious food and a great wine selection.

Fantastic apartment just 10-15 minutes from the beach, nestled in an aesthetic part of town. The apartment was clean and cosy, the bed was lovely, and the hosts were fantastic. I came to shoot a short video on Percy Shelley, I was there for 3 nights. It has a lovely little balcony, a hot shower, there's a large bedroom on the second floor with multiple beds. Though I didn't do any cooking, the kitchen looked well equipped and the hosts left some lovely treats for breakfast.

Location good. Very comfortable bed and very clean room. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. Roof top bar was a winner. Splendid view and sunset. Reception staff pleasant and helpful. Although the beach was crowded, I was comfortable and there was adequate shade for me. I enjoyed it. Sea perfect temperature. The beach facilities worked well.

The apartment was located immediately behind the beach lidos. The view from the bedroom window to the beach, sea and sunset was stunning. The apartment is well facilitated with a spacious kitchen, double bedroom with sofa/sofabed and bathroom. The shower arrangement was unusual but worked perfectly. There is a nice terrace around the apartment.

Booked the apartment for 2 weeks in July. The apartment was nice, clean, close to the seashore, near the Hotel Piemonte. Kitchen well equipped, but we did not use it. The rooms were small but ok, the living room was the best part, big windows, all of them with blinds, half automated, half manual. No mosquito nets though. TV working well, Wi-Fi ok. From the top of the building you can make some nice seashore and sunset photos. The hosts were helpful, nice, even waited us with a bottle of prosecco.
