Great stay. They didn't have what we booked so we were offered an upgraded apartment for the same price. Nice breakfest, overall very friendly service. Amazing sunset from our terrace!
Perfect location in San Vincenzo. Close to the Port, the Beach and restaurant area. The apartment is big, clean and with a super terrace in front of the sea where you can drink coffee or aperitivo at the sunset or when you like.
The place is just amazing located on a hill top from where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset on the sea. Apartments are comfortable and the garde just amazing. We will definitely come back!
Pool was nice, staff very nice and very helpful. Bed was very uncomfortable but they agreed to put a mattress topper on the bed. Breakfast was ok, but good value. Plenty of parking.
Beach was close and very nice and good sun beds and shades, no charge. Close to many restaurants by car.
Although not full it was nice and peaceful and plenty of pool room.

Very nice, big and clean appartement, well equipped. Spacious terrace with sea and sunset view, excellent location in the center of San Vincenzo and near the train station, beaches are also very close. And very heplful host, thank you Massimo!
Sleeping rooms are nice with enough space for clothes etc; separate AC and a balcony in the double-bed bedroom
This is a very nice place that offers a spectacular sea view, especially in the evening at sunset. The suite is very well equipped and offers everything you need for a nice vacation stay. We did not try the hot tub as it was rainy when we were there. San Vincenzo is very nice location for shopping/dining, for enjoying the beach and also for biking or hiking.
The host is very accommodating and attentive. He made our stay even better by even helping to solve our car problem for us on a Sunday.
