Hosted by a lovely young couple, very friendly and welcoming. Large modern room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Good WI-FI. Air condition. Good self serve breakfast, sweet and sour options, and fruit. Large grocery shop walking distance, or very short drive from there. There was enough parking space in the street. There was a shared large fridge in the common room/ kitchen, as well as shared TV. There is entry to autostrada just above the street but it is blocked by bushes and it was quiet at night. Outdoor breakfast veranda was lovely.
The apartment was spacious and well equipped with a traditional feel. Lovely view from the verandah and windows. Felt like ‘locals’ living in Como for a few days.
I was pleasantly surprised by the design and location of the apartment. the first floor is inside the courtyard, thanks to this it’s quiet inside, I didn’t see or hear the neighbors 😅😅🥰 even the street itself is deserted and quiet, it’s very cool! inside the temperature is regulated by air conditioning, there is everything for cooking and even a microwave ❤️🥳

Great location in the heart of old town and walking distance to both train & ferry. Restaurants at your door step along with supermarket next door. Very large apartment with an amazing veranda overlooking square.

The room was cosy and comfortable and good hot shower loved the rituals shower gel!
The location is great ,right in town centre with plenty of restaurants plus a supermarket not far. The self check in was one of the easiest ones we have had to do with clear instructions. Hot shower and good wi fi.We have been traveling for a while and it was nice to do some home cooked meals in the apartment as Resturants in Como are very expensive
The location was fabulous and we loved sitting outside on the verandah in the evenings with a glass of wine to watch all the activity around the water and restaurants.
The location was perfect! Less than 1 minute walk from the station and the lake itself!
The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. Getting into the property was also easy, clear instructions.
Would recommend staying at this property, you could watch the sunrise/sunset over the lake from the bedroom, also had a small balcony to sit out on.
