Excellent stay, the place is very good, rooms are clean , the property has basic facility which is needful, even our group came from trekking we got hot shower, wash room is also up to mark. We got restaurant facilities near by, owner is great person, very good property,
Great stay, this is fantastic place with good facility, there is good service, they provide extra breakfast with completely, shikara facilities for free crossing from road to boat,bathroom was clean with hot shower and as per toiletries, good was provided by property which was also good and less price 🥰 best option to eat at property, rooms are good and owner is nice, we loved that place, we will come again
The houseboat is authentically beautiful and very charming, ideally situated in a very calm area of the lake. The view on the sunset is mesmerising and the home cooked food is excellent.

Nights at Lakeside are peaceful and relaxing after seeing the sunset from the dock.
I was traveling alone and Latif arranged everything that I need or wanted to visit during my stay there inside and outside the property. Mymoona, his wife is an amazing traditional chef that offers to guests the opportunity to taste topical Kashmir food.
My experience was a beautiful location in an amazing lakescape managed by a very warm family.

Warm and friendly welcome; much laughter was had. A fun and relaxed atmosphere in a stunning setting on peaceful Lake Nageen. Family-run with extraordinary home-made Kashmiri food. Imtiyaz, an excellent guide, took us round Srinagar and up into the mountains, again definitely worth doing. Whether watching the kites and kingfishers at sunset or watching the shikaras paddle past, it is a balm for the soul.
I could go on, but suffice to say go and stay on the Lily of Nageen.

One of the best houseboats in Srinagar. Offers 2 time shikara rides during sunrise and sunset. The food is excellent. And the overall ambience of the place isn't something to be missed while you're doing a houseboat tour.
