We loved our stay at Shunyata. Blissful location with verdant landscaping, incredible ocean views, spacious, private and comfortable room with special outdoor bathroom including a hammock. The staff were so lovely and we enjoyed all our interactions with them. Delicious menu. Such a special place to relax and enjoy the amenities and a good base to explore some of East Bali.
Located in a picturesque remote tropical mountainous part of Seraya, overlooking the sea.. Fabulous helpful team - Nyoman the manager and his family and staff were impressive - as was the delicious food at their warung; peaceful ambience; comfortable villa with cool verandah and bathroom.
Only has 6 tents so the occupancy is low and everyone seems to get to know everyone by the end of their stay. The energy of the place is so calming. Every point view of the property faced the ocean, that includes your room. The room itself is spacious for couple. It has all the basic needs you need. The bed is comfy and bedsheets are of high quality. You will definitely get a good night sleep. The compound itself has a restaurant - Food did not disappoint! The pool is nice but too small.
We stayed in the cliffhouse and our terrace was supplied with a day bed/table and chairs plus a big hammock.The views down the coast were amazing from both room and terrace.Breakfast of pancakes(a big stack)or omellette/boiled/scrambled or poached eggs,toast,fruit and coffee.We ate there every night for $10 each and the food was always excellent.Our week was so lovely and we will be back again for our 3rd visit.Thanks everyone for looking after us so welll.We loved staying with you.
I stayed for 3 nights and I'm glad I did. It was a great couple of days of peace and tranquillity.
The glamping tents are of very high quality and everything is looked after very well. Service is also great and the surrounding area has plenty to offer.
I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some peace and quiet, but still wants to be able to sip on a cocktail and eat great food.
I loved the fantastic views, the great food and the super comfy tents. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I also enjoyed the location, so close to great attractions: Water Palace, Virgin Beach etc. I will be back to this magical place!!!
The location is simply awesome! Sunrise & sunset were both amazing there!
The tents are huge, very clean, bathroom is super nice (with hot water), with a huge terrace facing the sea. So peaceful & relaxing!
The restaurant, Warung Chic has very good food (I highly recommend the XXL Burger & Club Sandwich! So yummy) and the pool is welcoming you when you have spent the day around visiting, surfing, diving, and want to rest...
The staff is very polite and super helpful!
